All Jewelry is artisan quality, handmade and uses only the finest metals available in our personal studios. Pure copper, Sterling Silver (.925), Fine Silver (.999), Niobium wire and/ or 24 k gold is used to make our pieces. No nickel or ‘filled’ wire is ever used in the craftsmanship of our pieces. Artisanal glass, lampwork glass is made by our artists and used in our designs. Semi precious stones are also used in our designs.

Returns Policy

A flat rate of $8.70 is charged for each package shipped. This price does include $50.00 insurance on the shipment. Shipping is by USPS, Priority Mail.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. If the product is damaged during shipment, the product will be repaired, replaced or a refund issued. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
